When I moved from Auckland to Tauranga 5 years ago I came with a quote from a major Dental practice for $7,000.00. Since then I have had two fillings and a cracked tooth repair only by The Dentists. My teeth are still in good condition. I have also referred a stranger I met doing Census field work who was clearly in significant pain. She said she couldn't get an appointment at her dentist for 2 weeks. The Dentists fitted her in the next day. Also they did an urgent same day repair for a friend who was traveling overseas. Clearly they care about customer service. Well done.

From entering the door it’s a pleasant experience. The staff in reception are very friendly, show personal interest and are efficient. I see Dr Alastair Miller for treatment. As a Dentist he is a genuine person, someone you could trust. His calm manner and explanation of the process of the treatment to you before and during, gives confidence and assurance to the patient. He is conservative, preservation of natural healthy tooth structure a priority, surgical treatments only when necessary.
